Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

At Mahelam Surgicals, we are committed to delivering quality medical and surgical products. Due to the sensitive nature of medical equipment and hygiene products, returns and refunds are governed by the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

The product is damaged during transit,

The product is manufacturing defective, or
-
The product delivered is incorrect or not as ordered.
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

Disposable medical products

Surgical consumables

Adult diapers and hygiene products

Gloves, masks, syringes, catheters

Any product marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Rental equipment is not eligible for return or refund once delivered and installed.
3. Conditions for Approval

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be intact

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item before approving replacement or refund.
4. Replacement & Refund Process

Replacement will be provided wherever applicable

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping or installation charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Rental items are provided after inspection and installation

No return, refund, or exchange is permitted once the rental period has started

Any damage during rental use will be chargeable to the customer
6. Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled

Cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch, subject to approval

Slight variations in colour or design do not qualify for return

Improper usage contrary to manufacturer instructions voids return eligibility
