Return

For products purchased on www.mahelamsurgicals.com, the return and exchange period is seven days from the date of delivery. There are no refunds or exchanges on commode and shower chair products. Due to circumstances beyond our control, you may receive damaged/defective product(s) or a product that is not the same as your initial order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no further cost to you. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@mahelamhealthcare.com before utilising the product(s). They'll take you through the process step by step. The return process may be limited depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return

Product(s) should be unused.

Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to the product(s) in transit.

Please note that unless the product(s) are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the product(s) from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us

Please mail us at sales@mahelamhealthcare.com giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.

We will inform you when the return pickup will be done by our logistics partner.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Cover your address label with the Seniority address found on your delivery note.

Keep your certificate of couriering safely as you will need this as your proof of return

You may be charged for the original shipping cost as well as a restocking fee if you return a product for a refund that is not damaged or defective and do not purchase other goods. Please Note: If a customer orders a rare product just for them, the product may have to be ordered on a no-return/no-refund basis. Of course, the buyer will be informed of this at the time of purchase on the Website.

Mahelam Healthcare (SURGITRUST) is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities; however, it guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the order and payment, or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. All orders will be sent to the buyer's address provided at the time of purchase. Mahelam Healthcare (SURGITRUST) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Please note that, in accordance with applicable legislation, all items (including presents) will be shipped with an invoice stating the price. Orders are dispatched by registered domestic courier firms for domestic buyers. Orders are dispatched within 7 (seven) working days or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, with delivery subject to courier company/post office regulations. All products weighing more than 2.5 kg may be sent through surface transport, resulting in a longer delivery time. The shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location. Mahelam Healthcare (SURGITRUST) makes no warranties for a specific delivery date unless so specified in the product description.
